Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Primary responsibility of the position includes:
word processing for technical specifications and reports,
answering phones, e-mail correspondence, travel
coordination, and front desk reception.

It is preferred that applicants possess the following skills:

General Administrative skills
Previous experience with multi-line telephone system
Ability to type at a rate of 60 words per minute
Ability to multi-task
Willingness to adapt to changes in project schedules and production requirements
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with multiple software programs (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Proficient communication and verbal skills
Experience with WordPerfect is preferred

Typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm. Flexibility to work additional hours, when required, is a plus.

Mechanical Engineer Summer Intern
Looking for engineering students going into their junior or senior year in an undergraduate mechanical or architectural engineering program, to become a part of their team for the summer. Engineering students who enjoy working in a team environment and seek the opportunity to develop skills on a wide range of projects, within the building design and construction industry, will flourish. Primary responsibility of the position includes mechanical design of K-12, higher education, healthcare, airline, and commercial projects.

All applicants should be enrolled in an ABET accredited B.S. degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering Other competencies should include, AutoCAD release 2007 or higher, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Applicants with strong communication skills, the willingness to be trained, and fluency in the English language are preferred. Involvement with an American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) student chapter, Energy Modeling, Revit Building Information Modeling (BIM), and load calculation software is beneficial, but not required.
