  Physics Department
• Conversion from a constant volume double duct system to a
  variable volume double duct system with direct digital controls

Chilton Hall

• Renovation of Existing 50,000 Sq. Ft. and Addition of 60,000 Sq.
  Ft. to convert existing dormitory building to classroom and
  faculty office building for the School of Communications

Oak Street Building

• Renovation of 35,000 Sq. Ft. dormitory, and addition of 8,000
  Sq. Ft. to provide facility for Art Department

  chilled water plant, with a total of 430 tons of chiller capacity and
  a 761 ton-hours Ice Storage Tank with auxillary
