ELIZABETH HOGGATT WHATLEY AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX
AT NORTHEAST TEXAS COMMUNITY COLLEGE
This 9,000 square foot classroom building houses the sustainable agricultural program at Northeast Texas Community College in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. This project received a LEED Platinum certification and was designed to be a net zero energy use facility. A number of energy efficient features were incorporated into the design including 100% of spaces with day light, rain-water collection and stock pond, and a 80kW Pole Mounted Photovoltaic Array.
